La destruction des structures précédentes pour l’implantation d’une canalisation et la construction d’un mur est en relation avec cette couche. La canalisation est datée de Domitien par une cinquantaine d’estampilles sur les dalles de fond (principalement CIL XV, 119a-b, 152a, 153, 792 et 962a).
